Returns & Exchanges

Australian Returns Policy:
We want you to be stoked on all your T&C products. If you receive any products that you are unhappy with for any reason, return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange size or refund*.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, containing all the swing tags, etc.
Our policy only lasts 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
